This year, there have been a various amount of new trends rising for this warm weather but also many old trends that are being refreshed with new ways to style them. I put together a list of five of my favorite trends for Spring 2020 and how to style them.
1. Pretty Pastels
Pastels are the perfect color palette for your spring wardrobe. Full of color yet subtle and soft just like the seasonal changes, and these colors resemble spring so well. Any pastel color from pink to blue to yellow is a great base for a spring outfit.

2. Granny Knit Sweaters
Even though it’s getting warmer outside I am all for granny knit sweaters as a spring trend. There are so many ways to style these and endless ways to make them unique. For this look I tried the one button trend and I’m not sure if I pulled it off in this sweater but not to worry because there are endless ways to style a sweater like this. I can also button the rest and tuck it into some mom jeans or dress up a lazy leggings look with a granny knit sweater.

3. Chunky Boots with a Feminine Dress
This may be one of my favorite spring trends because I love being able to take a cute dress and dress it down with some boots and make it more casual. I highly recommend investing in a good pair of white or black boots for spring because even though we are transitioning into sandal season, there will still be chillier days perfect for a pair of chunky boots, and they match with so many dresses. I always have a problem with what shoes to pair my dresses up with if it’s not warm enough for sandals and chunky boots was the ideal solution.

4. Blazers are Back in Business
I won’t lie I felt pretty sophisticated in this blazer…the sunglasses helped too, but I will say I am definitely here for this business casual look. I could pair this black tank/red blazer with so many bottoms that the possibilities for putting together outfits is endless. The best part about this trend is you can find blazers just about anywhere- from a high end store to a thrift shop. I picked up gem up from a local goodwill and you wouldn’t even know that it was secondhand.
5. Oversized Victorian / Puff Sleeves
Another look I felt like a fancy model in, I think it’s the glasses honestly. I will admit these aren’t the victorian style sleeves that I was looking for, however this top has the puff sleeve look. I will be scavenging online for the perfect victorian style sleeve to add to my closet because I love this look. It is an eye catcher and adds so much definition and volume to an outfit.
