Over the last two months, quarantine has given me a lot of time to strut into the kitchen with new outfits for my family to give their opinions on. In the earlier weeks, I was wearing PJS and sweats constantly. After awhile, I wanted to feel myself again and I figured the only way to do that would be to put together outfits that are comfortable enough but also motivated me to get productive. While I was in school, preparing an outfit the night before always motivated me to get out of bed. So, in today’s blog post, I put together 3 combos of cute yet comfy quarantine looks that I’ve been wearing constantly.
LOOK #1
For this combo, I paired an oversized tee with biker shorts. I am totally obsessed with this combo and for sure with be wearing this more in these warmer temperatures. For shoes, I paired some classic white high top converse and nike socks. Also, I definitely had to add my favorite sunnies because they went so well with this look. If you are looking for an outfit that’s more on the trendy side or you’re going on a walk around the neighborhood and want to impress everyone with your impressive style, I recommend going with this look.
LOOK #2
This piece is definitely more on the more stylish side but still super comfy! These TJ.Maxx grey cheetah joggers were one of my favorite purchases. I seriously wear them all the time and I love pairing them with basic colored shirts that make one adorable quarantine outfit. I had the perfect Forever 21 flats to pair with this look. I love this outfit because it is SO cozy but still shows that you put some effort in.
LOOK #3
Lastly, the most laid back of the three looks. My favorite go to sweatpants have seen MANY days in the last two months. I figured I should put them to good use and pair them with a cute top. So, depending on the weather, I pair the sweats with a stylish tank or cozy long sleeve. This is probably the outfit you will see me wearing most often in quarantine since it’s so customizable and interchangeable. You can always spice up these basic outfits with accessories, shoes, and hairstyles to make it your own. The black sweats are from Walmart, the blue tank is from American Eagle, and the long sleeve is from a local Goodwill.
I hope you all got some inspiration to start getting out of those PJs and getting back into your groove by wearing some of these comfy-quarantine looks!
xoxo, megs
