This summer, I’ve accumulated a few pieces that I’m constantly styling. I’ve put together a list of my favorites to show you all and hope you add them to your closet this summer.
- Bucket Hats
Seriously one of my favorite purchases ever!! This peachy pink bucket hat from Shein is my beach day go to. I took ripped jeans and a white tee and once I added the pop of color with the bucket hat, it made this basic outfit so much cuter. Bucket hats are also a huge trend this summer so you’ll be fashionable and trendy when rocking one of these. I can’t wait to wear it to the beach with some of my new Shein bikinis, these bucket hats are perfect for a day at the beach.
2. Tie Front Crop Top
I’ve always been a little skeptical about these tops, I normally wear them over bathing suits or with high waisted jeans, so not as much skin is showing. However, when I paired the top with these white American Eagle shorts I loved how they complimented each other. Another summer essential in this outfit is the classic espadrilles sandals. I was a huge fan of these last summer and this summer I plan to continue to style them. Overall, this outfit is super summery and definitely a summer essential in my wardrobe.
3. Jumpsuits and Summer Colors
I shared this Cotton-On pastel pink jumpsuit in my Spring Trends blog post, but I’m in love with how pretty this color is. I had to add it to my summer wardrobe and I totally suggest you all find a jumpsuit to add to your closet as well. Jumpsuits are super comfy and can be dressed up or dressed down which I always love. They’re also a great summer outfit because they’re easy to pop on and style quickly. With such a statement outfit, dainty jewelry goes great and for shoes, any sandals match perfectly.
Those are a few of my closet essentials for the summer! I hope you were inspired to add these items to your wardrobe. Which outfit is your favorite? I’m a huge fan of jumpsuits and I absolutely loved how it looked with the blue summer sky so I’ll have to pick that one.
xoxo, megs
