Versatile clothing items are the best pieces of clothing you can get because of how many different uses you can get out of them. Not everyone has the bank account for a completely new outfit every day, I know I don’t! However that doesn’t have to stop you from creating new outfits with the clothes you already have. In today’s blog post, I’m taking a basic wrap dress and styling three different ways.
1. FALL SWEATERS
I felt very school teacher in this look but I was honestly obsessed. With the unpredictable weather in Maryland, somedays it’s the perfect fall temperature, but other days it’s back to 75 and sunny! So, to compromise I’m wearing a summery dress with a light sweater overtop.

2. DENIM
For the next look, I added white denim to match with the flowers in the dress. I was a little worried that the material would bunch up in my jeans but it really wasn’t noticeable. So, if you’re running out of tanks, tucking in a lightweight dress works just the same lol! I know this look is very summery, but adding something like a cardigan or fall booties can change the whole look from summer to fall!

3. TURTLENECKS
I adore turtlenecks, especially in the fall. I think they are a perfect way to layer but also a great statement piece. Even with a summery pattered dress, they still add that hint of fall that September is all about. I’d say we are all still transitioning from summer to fall trends so this is a great transition outfit.
Re-wearing outfits can seem like a chore but I hope today’s post showed you that recycling items from your closet is super simple and you can still put together unique outfits. Being creative is all about what appeals to your personal style, so have fun with it! No need to break the bank to keep up with fashionable looks.
