To finally wrap up 2020 and move into the new year, I wanted to rank my favorite outfits from this year, 1-10. Even though I started my blog in March, I’ve accumulated many outfits, all different in their own way. A few of them have a special place in my heart for several reasons, so without further ado, let’ s see the outfits!
10. MONOCHROME GREEN LOOK

This look was one of my earlier blog posts but will always be one of my favorites. Quarantine had me feeling extra creative and I had fallen in love with monochrome fashion, so I decided to style a few monochrome looks of my own.
9. POP OF ZEBRA

At first glance, this look is pretty basic. I paired some white jeans, a black top, and some black booties. However, one of my biggest fashion tips is to use accessories to your advantage. Without the addition of the zebra belt, this look would be cute, but described as basic. Overall, I loved how simple yet chic this look was.
8. STRICTLY BUSINESS

Blazers were by far one of my favorite pieces of clothing I styled this year. They seem so professional, but they can be worn so many different ways. I wore this gold colored blazer with jeans, rompers, skirts, and so much more. Blazers are also a huge boost of confidence, I felt like an absolute badass in this look lol.
7. CHEETAH GIRL

In the summer, I was wearing a lot of my one piece swimsuits as bodysuits, in this look I layered this pink cheetah one underneath a white tee shirt. I paired it with jeans and to match the pink in the swimsuit, I wore pink vans and my pink bucket hat. I loved how summery and casual this look was.
6. TURTLENECKS FOR THE WIN

I was SO excited to style this zebra dress when I got it in the mail and one of my favorite ways to style it was layering turtlenecks underneath. I am a huge turtleneck lover so I was so drawn to these kind of looks. To dress it down I added my blue New Balances to match the turtleneck.
5. PREPPY AND CUTE

This look was so popular amongst my Instagram followers, so many people seemed to like it. At first, I honestly thought it was too basic, but I grew to love the simplicity of a collared shirt with a sweater layered over top.
4. LAVENDER & GOLD

I obviously love to experiment with colors in fashion, as I mentioned monochrome fashion. So, I also tried out different color combinations this year and one of my favorites was lavender and gold. I put this beautiful long sleeved top underneath my gold overall dress and I was obsessed.
3. LOTS OF LAYERS

A much more recent outfit was this layered look I put together for some winter fashion inspiration. I loved how the cow print jacket broke up the solids in this look and I think overall it looks so chic for a winter look. It’s so hard to style outfits in colder weather, but if you layer correctly, they can turn out so cute!
2. WALKING THE STREETS OF NYC

An all time fav will forever be this street style kinda look I styled over the summer. I am obsessed with celebrity streetwear and fashion icons like Zendaya, Kendall Jenner, and Bella Hadid inspired me to try and put together a similar look. I loved how effortlessly edgy the look was and at the same time, it was so comfortable!
1. LIFE OF THE PARTY

To wrap up not only today’s blog post, but my looks from 2020, here is a very recent look I styled for New Years Eve. I was so obsessed with these pants and I had no where to wear them, so I figured a blog post would do. So many of you loved these kind of extravagant looks, so I’ll definitely try and style similar ones in 2021.
Wishing you all a very happy new year, set some goals and have a good mindset for 2021.
xoxo, megs
